Cheick Kongo Calls Out UFC Champ Cain Velasquez

Cain Velasquez Video Ranking: 2 / five

  • By Jose Zambrano, April 17, 2015 @ 6:41 am

The reason he was rocking Cain was because he has enough reach and strenght
just look at his complexion Cain has better wrestling and cardio, I’d like
to see him against JDS he was the only one able to knock out Cain so KOs
can be luck sometimes because anyone can get knocked out if you think about
it, I want to see Jongo fight Cain one more time but this time I want Cain
to cut his face open while in a dominating position lol

Here’s an excerpt from yesterday’s exclusive interview with Cheick Kongo.
Stay tuned for the full video, in which Cheick discusses his contract
negotiations with the +UFC – Ultimate Fighting Championship, his last fight
with Roy Nelson at UFC 159, his burgeoning acting career and his high
fashion boutique Fragola in West Hollywood, CA. BTW- we’ve subtitled it for
those of you who have a hard time understanding his French accent…

  • By MrStompingshadow, April 17, 2015 @ 8:02 am

    Lol kongo

  • By jaywill4ever, April 17, 2015 @ 8:56 am

I haven’t seen the fight in a while, but I remember Cain getting rocked
badly at least twice in the standup. Cain’s wrestling just took over after
that and he ground and pounded the hell out of Kongo. Cain’s standup has
gotten much better since then. He also mixes striking and takedowns very
effectively and keeps his opponents off balance. Kongo’s wrestling has
gotten better but he’s still basically a brute-strength wrestler. That
won’t work against Cain. A rematch would probably be no different from
    their first fight.

  • By Ritz handles, April 17, 2015 @ 10:34 am

    Kongo is trolling

  • By cipherP9, April 17, 2015 @ 10:42 am

Kongo is actually one of 2 fighters I saw fair pretty well against
Velasquez, as a matter fact Velasquez couldn’t work up anything while they
were standing. If Kongo stuff TD’s I could see him beating Velasquez, he
rocked him multiple times in their first fight then Velasquez would go
right to his bread & butter, TDs.

Aww were you angry? Champanelli lol is that it? Deigo whopping ass lame
dude kongo spoke his mind and although it may never happen your stubborn
refusal to accept the fact that this may happen next is what makes this
very unappealing people like you blowing stuff like this outta proportion
over a comment man you can talk about my name all you want but facts are
still facts no Italian UFC champs

I HATE the skelator chick un this video. But I’d bang her and call her a
    whore neG

  • By YouTube5000, April 17, 2015 @ 3:12 pm

Wow! I really thought this guy was way more educated than that… I mean,
seriously? The guy gets knocked out cold in 2 minutes, and he barely
survives against Shawn Jordan, and the Mark Hunt destroyed him in like 2
minutes and he want another title against the champion who clearly improved
tremendously from his last fight with him. I don’t ever see Cheick Kongo
getting another title shot ever again.

  • By kemked, April 17, 2015 @ 4:03 pm

Karyn has her favorites. Kongo, Rampage, Ellenberger and Tito.

  • By Turk man, April 17, 2015 @ 4:39 pm

    I think Roy’s punch scrambled Kongo’s brain ….

  • By KroganMechanic, April 17, 2015 @ 5:21 pm

@Mixedhero , Cain was never knocked out, you typical MMA ignorant fan, he
was rocked by Kongo like 2 – 3 times because he hits hard, obviously, but
that doesn’t mean shit. Kongo had 3 good punches in the fight while Cain
landed what, 300 at least on him? if that’s not a beating then I dunno what
    is lol.

  • By gustavoaguirre000, April 17, 2015 @ 5:58 pm

    Kongo suck’s

  • By castlenew11, April 17, 2015 @ 6:06 pm

Guys he clearly joking, don’t get all silly

  • By Mason Vance, April 17, 2015 @ 6:21 pm

Is he aware that he is not in the UFC anymore? how hard did Big Country hit
    this fool?

  • By kykyw9, April 17, 2015 @ 6:45 pm

    Not even in Velasquez’s league
